Shipping policy

  1. Order processing
  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require 7-8 business days for processing,this will be noted on the product page.
  1. Shipping destinations & carriers
  • Domestic (India): We ship across India using trusted carriers (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.). Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.
  • International: International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary by country. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  1. Shipping methods & delivery times
  • Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days after dispatch (may be longer for remote areas).
  • Express (Domestic): 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • International: Typically 15-20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, these are estimates and not guaranteed.
  1. Shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if any) will be displayed on the site and applied automatically when eligible.
  1. Order tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Track your order via the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact support.
  1. Delays & exceptions
  • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. BabyBoo is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.
  1. Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve promptly (replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate).
  • For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund according to our investigation results.
  1. Customs, duties & taxes (International)
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond BabyBoo’s control.
  1. Returns & exchanges
  • Refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges policy for details on eligibility, process, timelines, and refunds. Briefly-returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, items must be unused and in original condition; shipping for returns may be customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
