Shipping policy
- Order processing
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require 7-8 business days for processing,this will be noted on the product page.
- Shipping destinations & carriers
- Domestic (India): We ship across India using trusted carriers (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.). Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.
- International: International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary by country. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Shipping methods & delivery times
- Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days after dispatch (may be longer for remote areas).
- Express (Domestic): 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
- International: Typically 15-20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, these are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (if any) will be displayed on the site and applied automatically when eligible.
- Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Track your order via the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact support.
- Delays & exceptions
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. BabyBoo is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.
- Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve promptly (replacement, refund, or exchange as appropriate).
- For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund according to our investigation results.
- Customs, duties & taxes (International)
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond BabyBoo’s control.
- Returns & exchanges
- Refer to our separate Returns & Exchanges policy for details on eligibility, process, timelines, and refunds. Briefly-returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, items must be unused and in original condition; shipping for returns may be customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
